Burlington Little School offers a variety of programs. The programs range from a nurturing  toddler and learning class to a dynamic preschool and a private  kindergarten and first grade program. We also offer an extended childcare program for before and after school.  Here are the classes and schedule we are currently using for the 2009-2010 school year. 

Toddler Playschool 18 Months thru 3 years
 
These programs provides many opportunities for your toddler to be in a safe place created just for them.  The relaxed atmosphere allows children, time and space, both indoors and outdoors, to investigate fully and learn deeply.

Preschool 3 Years (potty trained) to 5 years
 
These programs provide a supportive school environment with an emphasis on the development of social skills and a love of learning.  Learning opportunities are woven thought-out the day as students engage in both meaningful play and teacher-facilitated activities.

Kindergarten &1st Grade
 
This program encourages each child’s optimal growth and builds a strong foundation in science, mathematics, literacy, social studies, music and more.  Learning is enriched through thematic units, field trips and outdoor studies.

Explorers Club (Before and After Class Care)
 
This program is designed to provide a rich, yet relaxing environment for children who spend their days here at school or come from the community schools. Explorers Club provides children ages 3-10 years of age an opportunity to engage in indoor and outdoor activities. There are scheduled times for lunch, books and time to relax. For children who stay past 3:00PM an afternoon snack is provided.
